Our website uses Paypal & Stripe to process payments securely. All items must be paid for in full before we proceed with your order.
Our prices do not include VAT as we are not VAT registered.
We reserve the right to revise our prices without prior notice.
We will aim to despatch items once ordered within 7 working days after payment has been received. There will be occasions when items may take longer due to busy periods, so please be aware of my despatch times when ordering this will be displayed on my home page.
If an item is required sooner than our despatch date, you can contact us and we will try and assist you, or you can upgrade to our rush order at checkout. If this option is selected, items are made within 48 hrs and despatched by special delivery which is guaranteed next day unless it’s a Friday and your item will arrive on a Monday, a signature will be required.
All items are despatched with a tracking number, if your item has not arrived within 14 working days please get in touch and we can chase this up with Royal Mail.
Before checking out of the website please check your delivery address is correct. I cannot be accountable for this information being incorrect, the item purchased will always be despatched to the address on the invoice.
Please be aware before purchasing items from our website, that personalised items are non refundable.
Once an order has been placed and we have commenced work on your order we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
If we have not commenced work on your order we will accommodate your request.
Non personalised items can be returned for a full refund.
If you have received an item which is faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will advise how we would like the item returning. We will also cover the return postage.
Please Note: We will not refund or exchange an item if the item is showing signs of damage from improper use, or general wear and tear.
If an item is received and Pawfectly Crafted has made the error a replacement will be made and despatched as soon as possible, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of the item at all times.

Orders will be sent fully tracked to the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, all other countries items will be posted tracked & signed, a signature will be required on arrival.
Please allow sufficient time if ordering from another country as delivery times can vary depending on which location I am posting too.
Please Note: I can not be held responsible if your item arrives late, this is down to the postal carrier, I will always despatch orders on time.
Any items posted international will not be classed as lost until after 35 working days after the despatch date. If your item has still not arrived by this time, please get in touch and I will try and liaise with the postal provider for a resolution.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes, this will usually be calculated at checkout when ordering via Etsy.
I cannot be held responsible if your items incur delays in customs, this again is down to your customs department, this is out of my control.
We will always try and take accurate photo’s but lighting can sometimes affect this, there could be a slight colour change on certain products, unfortunately, this is unavoidable.
